Rockhopper OFFICIAL TRACKER!

Hey guys! It’s KAT! Rockhopper has returned to Club Penguin, just in time for the Adventure Party! Thanks to your help for causing flares to happen at the Beach, making noise, and more! Rockhopper will be waddling all throughout Club Penguin, giving away his very rare and exclusive Rockhopper Background! This background is ONLY available when Rockhopper is here! But the background IS A REPEATIVE ITEM EVERY TIME HE VISITS, it only changes when there is a certain type of event that is involved, like before it was a repeative background like this:

But Rockhopper had lots of plants all over, and gave them away to other penguins, and then he left them outside his ship because they kept growing inside and they were REALLY BIG, so his background changed into this:

Who is Rockhopper? Tell me about him!

Rockhopper is an adventuring penguin. He sails the seas in his ship, the Migrator, in search of treasure and adventure. He returns to Club Penguin approximately every two months with items to sell. When he’s in Club Penguin, his ship is docked at the Beach, next to the Lighthouse. You can board the ship and visit the Main Deck and the Hold.

I found in the Hold Rockhopper’s Door! But it has a lock in it…How can I get in!?!

Before, you weren’t aloud to go inside. I remember from the past of since I was a member the year after Club Penguin started, it always had been closed with a lock on it. Everyday he was here, a whole bunch of penguins would bang on his door and beg to get in! And others said “I went in! I met Rockhopper in there!”, when really, they didn’t. Then, Rockhopper’s journal came to the Coffee Shop (it is still there) in the Book Room, where you could read all Rockhopper’s Adventures! When you are done…you see the Captain’s Quarters Key (that is the key to his room)! What you have to do is click on it, say YES, and it will let you have it as a pin, and to get in to Rockhopper’s Room!

Top 10 Tips on finding Rockhopper:

1) When looking for Rockhopper keep in mind that Rockhopper is a REDpenguin with a BLACK pirates Captain hat, and a BLACK beard. He is usually with his puffle, Yarr, waddling all around the Island!

2) Chances are, Rockhopper will be surrounded by a VERY LARGE crowd of penguins if you’re looking for him in the middle of the day! If your on a server and you randomly see a big crowd, quickly check to see if Rockhopper is in there! Or, if you randomly want to move somewhere in the map and shows an orange sign explaining how the room is full, or you went to a place that has A LOT OF PENGUINS TRYING TO GET INTO ONE ROOM, Rockhopper isPROBABLY in there. If you can’t see him, click your “Buddy List”  icon on your Club Penguin Toolbar (the Smiley Face), then Click on the “Users in Room List”  icon (Click on the face without a mouth), and SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU FIND A WIDE HAPPY FACE and ROCKHOPPER next to it!

3) Rockhopper likes to appear on busy servers like Abominable, Alaska, Mammoth, Alpine, Yeti, Big Surf, and More! He loves the servers on the first page, second to last page, and the last page of the Log In Servers List! During the day Rockhopper will be on the popular servers and at night he will be on quiet servers.

4) Rockhopper is online for around 14 hours a day. So after 14 hours, there is a small chance he’d still be on.

5) You can only find Rockhopper on the days that were given in the Newspaper. Check the Newspaper to see if he is still there! If it doesn’t say, he usually leaves on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays! Sometimes he stays longer for a special event, or because he loved visiting and meeting so many penguins he wanted to stay a little longer! You can also check if Rockhopper is still there by going to the Beach! If his ship is not there, that means he left! When he leaves, you can check the telescope often to see his ship leaving/coming! The newspaper would let you know…better luck next time!

6) The rooms that Rockhopper is usually found in are : Box Dimension (you can only come in there if you find a flat open box with swirly purple/magenta inside your igloo or someone else’s), Dock, Snow Forts, Pizza Parlor, Forest, Cove, Beach, Migrator, Crows Nest, or the Captains Quarters. Sometimes you might be able to find him in the town when you just log in!

7) Rockhopper can be seen on more then 1 server at a time. Most of the time, Rockhopper is on 2 servers, sometimes even 3 or 4!

8) Rockhopper usually leaves a server every 15-25 minutes, so he could have a “Traveling Break” or to switch a server! But don’t worry…patience is the key! If you can’t come in, you can get in the next time he comes later! 😉

9) You can use our tracker and tracking chat to find Rockhopper as quickly as possible. I guarantee you that at least our Tracker or Tracking chat would help you find Rockhopper!

10) Don’t loose hope in your “Rockhopper Hunt!”  You will find him, I know it! If you don’t find him and he leaves Club Penguin, DO NOT WORRY! He will come back next 1-2 months! I PROMISE YOU!

Rockhopper has officially LANDED! :D

Hey everyone! It’s Kat! And with everyones help of setting flares, making a lot of noise, etc., Rockhopper has saw how much we wanted him to visit! So he set sail and finally came! Just in time for the Adventure Party! So, go to the Beach, and enter his ship! Go down the stairs so you could see his CATALOG! Check it out:

Isn’t it so cool! I LOVE THE FREE ITEM. It’s SO CUTE! Unfortunately, there are no secrets to his rare items list for this month. But, (for all you old members who remember this) the Jolly Roger Flag has FINALLY returned after so many years! So if you’re an old member and got one of those and needed one and waited a long time, well, today’s your lucky day! Anyways, since Rockhopper is here, we will bring our Tracker back! With lots of view now, we hope it would help work. NOTICE: If ours does not work, feel free to search for another. Our goal is to help you find Rockhopper. And that’s that! 🙂

Aunt Arctic, DJ Cadence, Penguin Band, and Gary Tracker!

Hey Penguins! This is a tracker Chat that is used to help you find Aunt Arctic, DJ Cadence, The Penguin Band, and (Possibly) Gary. These penguins all come (except Sensei and Rockhopper) to the Penguin Play Awards for you to be able to meet them all, and have their autograph (background)! Why do they all come? Well, it’s because it’s the most SPECIAL event of Club Penguin, with the famous actors/actress penguins, and they’re famous, so why not? So of course, we all want to find them! So, I am using this chat tracker (Jmann93’s) to help you find them. Tell me About Aunt Arctic!

Aunt Arctic is the weekly advice columnist and chief editor for the Club Penguin Times. Every week she answers two questions sent to her by penguins from around the island. She first started writing for the newspaper in May, 2006. She loves to receive questions. She receives a lot of mail and does not have time to respond personally to questions. Read her column each week to see if she answers your question.

Tell me About DJ Cadence!

Cadence, also known as “DJ K-Dance”, is a popular purple-haired musician, DJ and dancer. Always down for a dance off, you’ll usually find her at the Night Club mixing music for the Dance Contest game. She made a big splash when she threw the Dance-a-thon Party for members in January of 2009, and showed up to ‘chill’ in person.

Here are some tips the finding DJ Cadence:

1) When looking for DJ Cadence keep in mind that DJ Cadence is a PINK penguin with a PINK and PURPLE hair, a YELLOW and PINK scarf, and a BLACK and LIME GREEN pair of head phones.
